    Hi Tamar,

You are RIGHT on time with this recipe; our zucchinis are flowering like crazy right now and our previous attempts to fry the flowers have failed miserably. We WILL be making this recipe – lactose intolerance be damned.

    Very nice presentation and hosting!

    Thanks,

    Steve

I never wouldve had the guts to make this, but i feel that you have de-mystified “squash blossoms” = THANK YOU! I see many trips to the Farmers Market in my future.

Congratulations, Tamar! The info and the production values are top-notch. (How fabulous that you took my request and made it your first episode – hahaha!)

Tamar, you’re the coolest culinary cat I know!
Are you ever going to do a Mexican meal? Or
have you already? There’s so much more there
    than meets the mouth/eye…

And congratulations to April, too, for bringing out
the best in the divine Miss Tamar!

Great job. Just the right amount of detail. And the apartment in the background looks really inviting (color, texture, warmth). It adds so much to the experience. I really feel I’ve learned how to make all the dishes right now

Tamar, I’m absolutely THRILLED by this series. It’s incredibly well done and makes even ME less intimidated to try new things in the kitchen. So, so proud of you and inspired by you! xoxo

    Hey T-
I LOVE your Mom! I LOVE the way she hung the cheese on the faucet to drain (that’s old Country, right there)!! I LOVE her accent (she reminds me of my Grandma – not that she’s old – but the accent. I feel like I know her! I grew up in a house just like that where my grandma cooked Armenian food from scratch all the time)….and I love the banter where she says your favorite food was chocolate!!!
…and I love your singing at the end.

Hey Tamara, Thanks for the recipe, buying the stuff tonight to make it. Can’t wait! Is there any way to get the nutritional data for raw oatmeal dish?

    Thanks, LeeAnn
